Financial
We are a fee for service dental practice. Payment is required as the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
We do offer payment plans. After a treatment plan is created, our office manager will review the specifics of a payment plan. Full payment is due upon completion of treatment.
Insurance
We are not a preferred provider with any insurance company; however, we are happy to assist you in completing your insurance forms and submitting them electronically. Your insurance carrier will reimburse you directly for services rendered.
Appointment
We truly value our patients' time. If you cannot make your appointment, please call to reschedule as soon as you can.
